Last night, I fixed my "dead" P8Z77-V LX by unbending some pins, the system boots up fine, POSTs, and boots into Windows. The problem is that I can't overclock my i5 3570k. When I go to the AI Tweaker tab in the BIOS, all I see is this:
In the Main Tab, it says it does detect the CPU as a 3570k though, showing:
Looking around on the internet, I've seen that it may be because of a corrupt BIOS chip. My question is, could that be the case? If not, what else is going on?
Edit: Just realized I didn't put in the specs of my computer:
CPU: i5 3570k
RAM: 8GB of Patriot ViperX
Mobo: ASUS P8Z77-V LX
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 960 G1 Gaming
PSU: Corsair CX600M
