  1. Sadly ballistix rgb is not available from the company I am buying all the parts (have to use one shop for tax return and so on...) Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 32 GB CL18 3600 MHz is 155Eur Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 32 GB CL16 3200 MHz is 150Eur So which one of these are the better choice ? I am aware of Liquid freezer (GN fan boy here) but I want some looks as I am changing the case later on to Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL, I just want something more pleasing to the eye. I'm not looking to do crazy OC on the CPU, just some minor OC, I believe Kraken will do a silent and cool job. (Also they send the LGA1700 bracket for free to owners, not sure about Liquad freezer) Unless Fractal Design Lumen S28 would be a better choice ? Its only 10Eur extra than X63, much more recent release. Current H105 is doing it's job since 2014, It's silent and I am happy with it, looking for a worthy replacement for this old boy. Not planning to upgrade for another 5 years after I get this upgrade.
  2. Alright, thanks man, rather spend the extra on beer and snacks, already have 8TB of storage
  3. Budget (including currency): 1100Eur Country: Lithuania Hi guys, I'm finally looking to upgrade from i5-4690k to i7-12700k, It's been a long time... What I currently have: MOBO: Asus ROG MAXIMUS VII Ranger CPU: i5-4690k CPU AIO: Corsair H105 RAM: 16GB (4x4GB) GPU: ASUS STRIX 1080ti PSU: Corsair RM750 STORAGE: 2x SSD 850 EVO, 4x WDC HDD (Yeah I know I'm a hoarder of data) I need a new CPU, MOBO, RAM, AIO and a new M.2 SSD would be nice as one of the HDD's will go to become a NAS. What I have picked out so far. CPU: Intel i7-12700K (was picking between i5-12600K, decided to go i7 as I do photo and video editing as a hobby, some gaming, and many other things, also I'm looking to keep this for at least 5 years without upgrading, just as I did with 4690k (since 2014)). MOBO: MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4 (I need 6 SATA(at least 4 will do) connections for all the storage devices, and 5.1 Audio out, also at least 6 USB ports, MSI seems like my only options at this price range) RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 32 GB CL16 3200 MHz AIO: KRAKEN X63 SSD: SAMSUNG 1TB 970 EVO PLUS NVME SSD (will be main for windows, software and games) Kinda lost on the RAM choice... Would it be a worth a +60Eur for this upgrade? Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 32 GB CL16 3200 MHz is 150Eur Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 32 GB CL16 3600 MHz is 210Eur Anything I need to consider or replace ?

  5. Hey guys, some news ! Corsair release their new ML series fans Corsair has released their new ML series fans which feature replaceable coloured corners and full PWM control. These fans will be available in Red, blue and white LEC versions as well as an all black or a gray and black design. Corsair's new ML Pro fans use Magnetic Levitation (ML) technology in order to minimise motor noise and provide both great static pressure and high airflow with a lower noise output, effectively combining their previous AF and SP series fans into a single quieter product. These new fans will be PWM controlled to speeds of up to 2,000 RPM, allowing them to deliver high performance and low noise levels. Corsair's ML fans will also be available in 120mm and 140mm models and feature colour coordinated corners for their LED model fans. The replaceable corners for these fans will be available to purchase separately, though the LED versions of these fans will come with matching coloured corners. Right now these fans are available to order at select retailers for the price of £18.95 for a single 120mm LED fan and £21.95 for a single LED 140mm fan. Dual packs for the plain non-led 120mm and 140mm fans are available for £21.95 and £24.95 respectively. ML = Magnetic Levitation hehe REQUEST TO LMG/LTT FOR A VIDEO ! ML fans vs SP and AF Full case with two in front one in back 2 on top and also push pull config sound levels and temp levels test please ! is this even worth it and how much will we gain! Thanks! 6. Awesome, few years ago I was working in a university, and I was "borrowing" a projector for Blizzcon, movies and games, would love to have one for myself ALSO: What if your twitter name is not the same as in forums ? Also I had to create twitter just for this, I hate it when competitions require social stuff like that...
  7. Hi guys, I have Kingston Predator Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory for a long time now, I want to upgrade to 16GB as I started to do some more work and topping my 8GB... Now, I can buy another "same" set of 8GB but its pricey for the same stick's I have ASUS MAXIMUS VII RANGER, I do lots of gaming, now the card has dual channel support but not quad, thats where I get stuck a little bit. Buy a new 2x8GB set of ram and just add it to my MOBO as the price for 16gb is just a little bigger than 8gb set and just have 24GB in total. Selling my 8GB wont be possible as almost nobody will buy it where I live. Sorry if I'm not clear about it, not my native language. Thanks
  8. This is mine Maximus 7 Ranger board 4690k and a corsair H105 watercooling. Never had a crash or anything, running this for a year now, max temps maybe 60 on a hot day.
  9. I am waiting for GTX 1080Ti when it comes out, swap'd my 770 to 970 for free, I know about i7 and i5. I don't need the i7, I was just thinking of saving some cash by selling this right now to get an upgrade cheaper than later paying the full price for the new ones when mine are worth nothing anymore.
  10. Hi guys, this is what I have right now http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hxY9jX Now what I'm thinking of, is to sell MOBO + CPU + RAM combo, but not sure how much can I ask for, I'm happy with it but I'm thinking if I should sell it till its worth something and buy and Skylake and DDR4, atm CPU is running 4.6 MHZ https://i.imgur.com/pnlMzWp.png I'm happy with it, it does what I need, low temps on my OC, just trying to save money but just note sure if its worth it... Now the question is should I sell what I have, to get this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6NTxMp or just keep it till it worth nothing anymore and then upgrade ? I just cant decide, need help
