Hello, I recently purchased four noctua PWM fans to replace the stocks ones that came with my case. Looking for heredity a 5.25" driver bay controller with a basic front control so that it won't stand out in my office or an internal hardware controller. PS I know i probably could run them threw my motherboard but would like to avoid it unless it is a clear cut winner.

Have you heard of them being released in other parts of the world?

The bigger consideration is if you want to replace your motherboard and ram. If not it's probably a much better investment to get an older i7 with the same socket.
