So i'm station in Cali on Camp Pendleton in the marines and we moved barracks and the new ones i got one bar if i put my phone in the window. Just wanted yall to know a couple things. First you must put the location it is at it checks for GPS which was fun because there isn't a real one on base... found the closest thing ;) But other then that it works perfect!!! went from 1 bar in the window to full bars any where near my room. O and you pay 200 up front but tell them about the 100 dollar rebate and get the 100 bucks towards your bill. Any questions let me know

i kept running into problem with stuff not working right or drivers not loading... after months of trying im back on windows 7 again. and im a data network specialist so im not your normal user. i tried everything. but wont use 8 until they fix driver and software problems.

Found it to be this update for me. Best of luck. i had to do a fresh install of windows to get rid of it. restore wasnt doing it idk it was a bad day and i was very pissed lol

Talking to my buddy from Microsoft now see if there's anything going on.

Its windows 8 power options!!! my computer and my wifes are freezing up when it trys to go to sleep mode or turn off the screen. and it just started happening after the last windows update... they need to fix this ASPA

So yeah just found out my wife's laptop is doing the same thing on windows 8... must be the power option problem on windows 8. Ill test it out though and let you know

so in the power settings it was set to turn off the screen after 30 minutes... but when it froze it would always have the screen still on... might be the problem... so tonight ill leave it on and see if it happens again. all drivers are up to date so im good on that. if its that power saver crap to turn off the monitor on windows 8 they need to fix that crap ASAP FYI was running windows 7 on this computer before and this never happened.

So with in the last week my computer has started to randomly start freezing when im not even doing anything on it. Turned down my over clock still did it. tried some other ram but hell it might be bad too IDK Its just weird that its doing it when i havent been on it in a while. All Parts are new but the ram... I really dont want to have to start replacing everything since its all brand new but any ideas of what to try first? Running Win 8 Pro Sabertooth Z77 3570K H100i Corsair Neutron GTX 8 GB of kingston which ill be updating when my Corsair Vengeance DDR3 32GB 1866MHz (4x8GB) gets here 2 GTX 660 ti in SLI
