  1. Hey. Its more then enough but its more fun to have 4 pumps I've finished this project the last days. Thanks for following.
  2. Update: For the cable management I used some custome cable combs. Of course made by Gosumodz. If you are at the Gamescom in Cologne at the moment, you can visit the booth of Mifcom to take a look at this project. Some more work in progress in pics will follow.
  3. Yes, they do. I'm very statisfied. Are you ready for some hardware porn? its all about the details, who can spot it? memory, before: and after: more details on the graphics cards: and some more random pictures
  4. Thanks. I got my tubes back from nickel plating, it is sooo shiny I give them a final polish and assembled it. pictures of that will follow the next days. small forecast:
  5. Update: I continued with a provisional mount of everything. Mounted the motherboard tray again: Tets fit of the four D5 pumps: The first tubes were easy, tubes for pumps and VGAs are just straight tubes, much more demanding were the curved tubes: If I just bent the tubes with my tool, the radius is too big, I had to improvise with bending by hand and things I've found: After a few attempts... ... it fits: After that I dissambled everything to assamble the waterplate itself Test with Mayhems Pastel White Leaktest for 20h, seems to leak out . Yesterday I polished the tubes and today I shiped them to a get nickel plated. Thats it for now :):)
  6. I got the waterplate on friday, so I started cutting the case. therefor I printed the final design and transfered the cutting edges and drill holes to to the Caselabs tray. Before starting to cut with the angle grinder, another part must be removed. Therefor I just need to drill some rivets. The rough cuttings were done using the angle grinder, small cuts by Dremel. last step: final shaping by using some files. Fits: I also give it a try in the case, fits very well and looks pretty cool.
  7. Yes, I totally agree Thank you. Some more progress at the mill, the main part is done:
  8. Small progress on the fans. 1. sleeve: 2. change the decals: 3. finished: All 15 Noisblocker fans done. Big update soon.
  9. Thank you. Small Update: I'm very proud to announce a new Sponsor of this project. Big thanks for supporting this project with 32GB Cras memory. It starts with a nice packaging which has a very good feel of the surface. Opening the box the heavy moduls come to the fore. Take a look at that surface on the board: I'm so happy, I think they match perfect.
  10. I've printed a 1:1 sketch of the waterplate. Here is how it will look:
  11. Hi, I'm back for a small update. I continued in designing the "waterplate". Its nearly finished, it can be milled very soon. I hope it will fit.
  12. Hey, I will nickelplate them. I think that will match the design idea perfect. Thank you.
  13. I've made a lightbox by myself some time ago. It was a lot of work and looks ok but didnt come out that great. In another project I also used a slight form Coldzero (The guy from portugal) Also very nice work but not as great as the parts from Stempelhauser. (Sorry for the missing link) Update: Some new shots of the hardware. The motherboard of my dreams. Asus X99 WS-E Mounted it to the tray of the Caselabs SMA8. Mounted the waterblocks of the 980Tis and CPU: First try of the tubing, what do you think? I tried to avoid the bend the other way round...
