I'm fine with the GPU, and CPU changes, 120GB ssd is for boot only, I've had mine for 4 years like that, no problem, I also have a 2TB ssd, but for his budget pc, i dont mind a 1tb mass hdd. The extra 3" on the monitor is fine I guess, and i stick with the mouse comment lol.

I dont see the point on changing the monitor to a more expensive one, the mouse for sure doesn't need to be downgraded, and id prefer he have a more mass storage, and saving $4 on the psu for way less output potential seems kind of bad. Also the case change makes virtually no sense, adding $20+.

Fair enough, I just don't want the responsibility of buying used tbh. Also, the white doesn't bother me as my build is mostly white/red anyhow.
