amd athlon x4 860k 8gb hyperx ram radeon hd 7770 2gb 1 rear case fan corsair and the cpu fan, my gpu is sitting at 34 degrees while cpu is high im using stock thermal paste

i recently got a new cpu for my computer and its sitting a 70 degrees idle while the utilisation is in the 20 -30 how can i get my cpu temps uncontroll, im bricking it because i dont want my cpu to die really quickly

I am a student looking to build a better pc but using some of my old parts, i have 8gb of ddr3 ram and a fm2+ motherboard,i currently have a amd a6 6400k and a radeon hd7770 1gb i have looked into getting a lga 1155 cpu but some have said a amd athlon x4 860k is not bad for gaming so i need help building a gaming pc for cheap, i am going to upgrade my gpu later, so cpu help is needed

I used ddu then I started installing the driver with GeForce experience then the problem came back

The problem has came back as I was installing the GeForce app the colours reverted back to they way they were before I uninstalled the drivers, it made the tone that happens when I connect a usb device so I think it reinstalled the drivers by itself

I used the device manager and it done the trick, I’m just reinstalling geforce experience to reinstall the drivers for my graphics card

Will using the device manager and uninstalling the drivers there do anything

So I booted my computer after I had pressed update and shut down and the colours began to look very strange, it’s as if someone put a negative filter on it, as you can see from the photos below that is not how windows should look like, does anyone know how to fix, I have reset my pc and I also updated my graphics card drivers but the problems still remains
