At stocks speed around 80c at Cinebench R15 and with OC the temps are getting to 94c. My cpu cooler is H100I V2

Hello everyone! I have bought I7-8700K back at february this year. The VID is 1.088V. At the past I was able to run some benchmarks for HWBOT at 5.1Ghz@1.325V and now the CPU crushes at this exact same settings. Have I damaged my CPU or is it crushing because of higher temps and delid will solve the problem. (For everyday usage I am running at stock speeds and OC only for some benches at the past).
