  1. Ah okay that makes sense! I originally thought that was the case but the phrase "up to" threw me off a bit. That's super helpful! I knew the the latency was important but I didn't know how to distinguish two different sets. That info's gonna make choosing my RAM much easier, thank you!
  2. Hey all, I'm currently in the middle of planning an upgrade build (coming from an i5-4690K to a 5600x, very exciting!) and I just can't figure out the RAM. I'm split between two kits, the G.Skill Trident Z Neo 4x8GB 3600MHz CL18 and the G.Skill Trident Z RGB 4x8GB 3200MHz CL16 (part numbers are F4-3600C18Q-32GTZN and F4-3200C16Q-32GTZR respectively) I don't know enough about RAM to understand how the difference between the speed and the timing will affect my performance and I'm looking to get a little advice on it. I've read that the 5600x's Memory Spec is up to 3200MHz, does this mean that getting a 3600MHz kit is pointless? At this point the only thing I have to go on is the aesthetics in which case the Neo wins hands down for me, but I wanna make sure I'm getting the most out of my build. Thanks in advance all!
  3. I've been meaning to build a media PC that's also capable of couch co-op for the lounge room, however there just isn't enough room for even a small form factor case, the Magnus is easily the answer to that problem.
