  1. For gaming no.. 144hz is MUCH more important then the response time in most cases as long as its below 10ms.. 5ms is more then adequate and having that 144hz Freesync option is amazing at that price.

  3. So long story short, I have a I56600K and recently upgraded to a RX580 8GB model. I play a few games and this happens in pretty much all of them most noticeably in overwatch. If I have basically anything semi-gpu dependent, even something as little as playing a low quality YouTube video or having Wallpaper engine display a wallpaper on my second monitor whilst playing I get close to or the same FPS as if everything is fine, But its noticeably chunky and obviously dropping frames. to the point where its unplayable. I have to stop whatever I'm doing in the background just to have a smooth experience. I'm only playing on a 75hz monitor so nothing fancy but thinking of getting 144HZ soon and it worries me that I can't multitask like I want to with serious lag. So my specs are in my drop down, besides the changed GPU. and a new 850watt Power supply. Things of note. GPU is maxed when playing 100% usage, however temps never hit above 80C CPU sits around 50-60 usage. and under 70C at all times. Ram usage sits just under 6 GB total with 2gb spare.
  4. Its in stock here: https://www.greatbigstuff.com/products/computer-mouse
  5. http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/538.392992-Buying-A-Mouse-for-Extremely-Large-Hands There is RAT 7 used in this forum thread that a guy has a 27cm Hand spam and added some tape to it after making th mouse as big as possible . He says its perfect. With your slight smaller hand might get away without the tape.
  6. http://usb.brando.com/usb-big-mouse_p02543c037d015.html ^that is a thing .... Not sure if its to big however lol
  7. Have a look at some of the RAT Catz Gaming mice, like these: http://www.madcatz.com/gamechanging/ratprox.php they are FULLY customisable for the size of your palms.
  8. For that price you are going to be looking at laptops that have 920-940m GPU's ... Like these. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Laptop-Asus-X555L/232583664936?hash=item3627111528:g:G8YAAOSwrFtaFhKv https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/HP-15-AN007TX-LAPTOP-Intel-Core-i5-8GB-RAM-1TB-HDD-Geforce-940M-WIN10/302547028794?epid=1352192055&hash=item4671354b3a:g:r7gAAOSwwc1Z5Ajp https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/ASUS-High-Spec-Laptop-15-Display-4gb-Ram-1tb-HDD-2-3ghz-Int-i5-6200-Win-10/132413220047?hash=item1ed47164cf:g:CPgAAOSw~v1aGz-Y https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/HP-15-an007tx-LAPTOP-INTEL-I5-8GB-RAM-1TB-HDD-WIN10/282752810386?epid=1352192055&hash=item41d5617d92:g:r7gAAOSwwc1Z5Ajp https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Acer-Aspire-F5-572-580Q-i5-6200U-8GB-RAM-2GB-GRAPHICS-LAPTOP/122835734656?hash=item1c99949080:g:tCgAAOSwlepZ3w3- https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Alienware-M17x-R3/292356983548?hash=item4411d58afc:g:1S8AAOSwUchaJSMe
  9. its worth it, Im doing the same coming from a 960. Should be around a 70-80% increase in performance, And a little more in DX12/Vulken API's
  10. Its cutting it a bit to close. That's not the best power-supply to start of with. And it being 430 Watts and you are going to be pulling close to that amount under load I would upgrade. Otherwise everything is a really good match for that system.
  12. Facepalm, they are 2'5 trays man. I've currently got 2 HDD 2''5inch in my full desktop case. Trays don't discriminate any 2''5 drive will fit in any 2''5 tray.
  13. So the 4+ 2''5 Inch Trays on the case don't support A 2''5ich drive hey? https://images10.newegg.com/BizIntell/item/11/133/11-133-353/4_062217.jpg https://images10.newegg.com/BizIntell/item/11/133/11-133-353/5_062217.jpg Interesting.
  14. Mate , I have 6 drives in my system all the way from a 960 EVO M.2 all the way down to a 5400 RPM HDD, the 5400 is slow as heck. but do you know whats fast? The SDHD version of the same drive. I have experience with it. And its MUCH MUCH faster then a regular 7200 drive. And much closer to SSD performance. And it being a smaller form factor is something that's good...
  15. Does it really matter when it doesn't factor into the performance in games? Its the cheapest Hybrid drive on the market in a smaller form factor and that's a bad thing? It can fit in any SSD tray and take up less space. The speed of the drive matters a lot less when it's a hybrid drive anyway. The 3''5 drive is 13$ more if he wants it. But I don't see the need.
