While that did not help me, it probably would've if I didn't figure it out a different way. I recently installed the MSI Gaming APP for my MSI MOBO and GPU. The ActiveX package was installed with this and that's where the "videocardmonitorII.exe" executable was located. I have since uninstalled both the MSI Gaming APP and the "videocardmonitorII.exe" executable because I found that it was unnecessary to my needs. No damage done as a result of deleting them so the problem is fixed and my CPU usage is less at all times! Thank you so much for the reply and you would have most likely solved my problem with that link!

I changed my OC settings on my R7 1700, b350 tomahawk, and gtx 970. I usually get like 230 FPS first game of CSGO, but second game my var fluxiates around and usually stays around 130 (I use 144hz). What could be causing this? Overheating? Overuse? Drivers are updated too.

My upload speed according to my isp's test is fine (15), but I am not able to utilize these speeds on my end. On testmy.net I only get a bout 2.4 Mbps. I have Xfinity 150 package. What could be causing this?
-
Only thing is that its never happened before so it could be that, but it's been happening since Friday.
-
It's been like that forever, worked fine with 5000 bitrate until yesterday. Thanks for help though.

I have the Extreme 150 package and on speedtest.xfinity.com I get about 170 Down and ~13 Upload. Just 3 days ago non-stop to now, whenever I try to start streaming my bandwidth to twitch or youtube goes down the drain. I have a Xfinity Arris TG682. I've tried restarting my modem, changing ethernet ports, and updating drivers. When I stream my connection to everything else is fine, I just lose bandwidth.

Is that just what their capable of? What does that mean to me? Is that without changing voltages?
-
Not sure what DOCP is, I've done XMP for 3200 and that doesn't work, just sets me at 2133. I just got 2400 without changing anything except the frequency setting.

Thank you, I'm trying both XMP profiles and neither seem to be working, but my CPU still gets overclocked.

I own a MSI B350 Tomahawk, Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 GB 3200 Mhz ram, and a Ryzen 1700. Everything works fine, but the CPU overclocks best by using the AMD Master Ryzen App and when I do that XMP profiles don't set my RAM to 1600, it has it at 1067. I was wondering if even though I have 3200 ram, do I need to add voltage and essentially overclock my Ram in AMD master ryzen? EDIT: Bios up to date, CPU overclocked to 3.8 using 1.3 voltage using the Ryzen app
