which type water do i to use? mineral water,distilling water or tap water?

because my friend don't want listen to me... he still want to buy kill coil and biocide and still using that distilling water with uv green .... cause i told him bought the radiator coolant more good

I think is aluminium rad. He use distilling water and XSPC ECX green uv

because my friend using that radiator is unknown brand..so it also can use distilled water ?

It is water cooling radiator can use “Distilled water” with biocide and kill coil ? Will make the radiator get rusty ?
