  1. Have you tried a factory restore? Did you root your phone? Or add a custom rom? If so then you probably forgot to install some stuff.
  2. It might be over heating.. Is he overclocking it? If so run at stock settings and see if problems persist.. What kind of temps is he getting?
  3. What he said is true and defraggler will tell you the drives health status if it says good then your hard drives are fine. Defragging large drives that have a lot of data on them can take a day or 3. Espically if you have say a 1TB drive with 50% - 80% used..
  4. http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htmtry this. It's what I use on windows 2000 worked for me. I would download the .exe and throw on a flash drive then install from it.
  5. Dude get a bigger PSU and then get back to us... Anything over 500wat PSU... Try like a 650wat.
  6. lol ram speed kills ssd performance when below 1600mhz bud. And it affects your entier system with it that low like he has (1333mhz). If you want me to I will start a entire thread about this with hard evidence backing this statement but I will need until tomorrow to post it. (takes time to run tests setup etc)
  7. Try plugging direct into your modem and see if it works just fine. If it does then its an issue with your router giving your laptop access if it doesn't then it's a OS issue.
  8. Is the ram getting enough power? Try uping the voltage on it a little.. Is that the stock ram speed? is the XMP profile enabled (if it has one)
  9. Ya but we all know their is gonna be that one guy running vista 32bit... And not always true I have had programs on 32bit OS install 64bit applications and had disasters... It does happen sometimes. Well maybe I am just use to the old XP os issues.. I haven't tried on 7 or 8/10 etc.. My grandpa is still rocken xp sp3 so ya..
  10. I would recommend you specify under nvidia control panel go under configure surround, physx. And select Physx settings and select one of the 2 GPUs to be a dedicated Physx card I bet your performance will go up. Also the one you select make sure its not the one your running the display off of preferably..
  11. Question what is your RAM speed clocked at? And are you overclocking anything?
  12. ONLY INSTALL BOTH IF YOU HAVE A 64BIT OS... If 32bit then install ONLY x86!
  13. Your computer is being bottle necked because (RAM SPEED) 1333mhz. You must up it to like 1600mhz or 1866mhz preferably. Try this and your problem should go away.. And no I am not joking you cannot throw in a GPU like that and CPU and have a ram clocked so dam low... IT BOTTLE NECKS YOUR SYSTEM >.< Also what games if any are installed on the SSD? that are on the list. Because right now at ram speed 1333mhz your SSD is being bottle necked pretty badly...
  14. Okay I would recommend you defrag both HDD's (NOTE NEVER DEFRAG A SSD IT WILL KILL IT OPTIMIZE ONLY!) using this software http://filehippo.com/download_defraggler/ It will replace the default windows crap this software works much better and does an overall better job in my opinion. It's what all the IT PRO's use here in Washington to speed up Hard drive performance and maintain it. I would also recommend that you partition your 1TB drive to 2 500gig partitions so that it performs better but it's optional. I would also recommend you reformat it to where its not in advanced format as it only benefits small transfers where as doing large game file transfers will be greatly reduced in performance in that mode. And that's mainly why your game files are taking long times to transfer. Your music files are small so that's why they transfer quickly even when combined they total to 15gig. However a game file its self is usually quite large compared to a single music file. Hopefully I explained it clearly enough for you. If you don't really do large file transfers then you can stay in advanced format but it only benefits small file transfers. Now if this was on a SSD to SSD it really wouldn't matter but it's not so hence the detailed explanation..
