  1. That was my first idea but i already have a x62 for my cpu and there isnt space for another radiator in my case h400i without doing a single small 120 rad at the back, im no expert when it comes to watercooling a gpu but i dont reckon thats enough and brand new I saw the email alert fly in and nabbed 2 immediatly
  2. So I just bought this card (https://www.gigabyte.com/uk/Graphics-Card/GV-N208STURBO-8GC#kf) I got it on an insanly good deal (£200) so i snapped one up as soon as i saw the price drop. Its not what I would usually gor for being a blower style and no RGB, I was wondering if it would be possible to transplant a differnent cooler onto card from say an aorus windforce card but im having trouble finding board maps of both the cards. First considered a custom loop but nowhere seems to do a block for the card either. Just fielding answers , my first idea is to flip the card for retail price xD
  3. 9700k Asus z370 g mobo We've juggled ram sticks, plugged into the on board video and taken the gpu out. The cpu memory controller is powering up, no power to the USB ports however. The cpu and the ram is posting but the the white, orange and yellow led aren't showing which are vga then start up... Any ideas, we've tried flashing the bios
  4. i cant get it to click in, i push to the point im scared for the life of my motherboard, theres no cables around, ive looked in the slot and none of the pins are bent or anything. Just reinserted it a 3rd time but no click, still broken
  5. Today all i did was change my cables out for some new high end corsair cables and add a couple new fans, For this i had to take out my gpu and put it back in a while later, installing it is a bit finiky as i have a micro atx case but it went in. The issue im having is in the photos/videos, some awful artifacting. Ive reinstalled the gpu since then, (i cant get it to click into place into the PCIE slot though, however i cant remember if they do click.) and ive checked the power cable is fully in on both the gpu and psu and reinserted it on both ends. I dont know what this could be (I cant try another pcie slot as i cant access the other one on my mobo VID_20180227_213000.mp4
  6. any questions HMU, i was in your position a few months ago when i got away from apple finally!
  7. also on the watch side of things i have a misfit vapor, honestly great watch, love it to bits, andriod wear is amazing, i came from an apple watch series 2 and it is very different but worth it. Tic watches are good too or the samsung gears if youre into that aesthetic. the Misfit is like the applewatch in the sense its a fitness tracker too, waterproof and everything so if youre into that, it sgreat
  8. Something cheep - Oneplus 5t Something amazing - Pixel 2/xl (the xl is an amazing phone, i bought it after upgrading from a iphone 7 plus, i havent had any of the issue that have been said about it (burn in, blue shift) but thats just my model, so snappy, amazing camera and the customisability just mmmmm yes. Stock andriod is just YESSSSS, amazing battery life, plus usb c all the thingsssss) Something gorgeous - Samsung S8/S9 when they come out
  9. just realised samsung have a sport version of their watch, samsung gear sport, looks pretty good fantastic!
  10. yea i was looking at the gear, the only issue is its not rated for swimming and yaaay a fellow whovian
  11. Ok so i really want to get a pixel 2 xl, wanted the first pixel but waited till the second gen and had to get an iphone 7+ to tie me over as my 6 actually melted itself. Anyways, i have an apple watch and I love it, best smartwatch/fitness tracker ive ever had, but not compatable with android. Anyone have any suggestions for a smartwatch for android, So far the only one that would work for me in the garmin vivoactive 3. Many watches dont work for me as i have very small wrists. I have the 38mm apple watch, anyone have any suggestions, it needs to have a relatively accurate HR sensor as well as i must be able to swim with it (just in the pool)
  12. It is a VR certified card, its at the bottom of the stack for VR cards but should be completely fine especially as its the 6GB version
  13. The CPU is quite a few generations old, it currently at its end of life in its product cycle. With the single core performance of AMD CPUs yes, i would say it would bottle neck, if you wanted to upgrade to ryzen for VR you would need a new computer entirely as the sockets are not compatable. Id be happy to make some suggestions if youd like
  14. it doesnt see it has bluetooth, the bluetooth connection doesnt exist according to my computer, cant turn it on, no shortcut in control panel. There is not Bluetooth essentially
