Just noticed that every few seconds, the gpu fans would jolt for half a second then come to a stop

Tried starting up with gpu not plugged in and HDMI connected to mobo with no success. Made sure mobo, cpu, sata, and gpu cables are plugged in

I installed my computer and all of its contents into a new case, everything plugged in, everything installed. But when I turn it on all that happens is the CPU fan turns on and the case fans but nothing else. The gpu fan won't turn on and nothing displays on the monitor. Everything worked an hour ago in the original case.

Thats the problem. I had a build (for $400 before I knew his budget was $500) and it had a pentium G3258 and a 750 TI which is $100 cheaper than the computer he was looking at can could produce better benchmark scores. I'm hoping I can convince him that I can build the computer for him and he trusts me.

I want to add a copyrighted song ( Galantis - Runaway (U & I) Yacht Club Remix) but it won't even show up in youtube editor since 1. the song is copyrighted 2. its a remix and its not showing up since its not big enough. I tried VLC but it doesn't play the song, it only plays the actual video. Help?
