    Yeah but who is going to support the service framework for the developers to access... its just going to become another software being used & tested by random developers isn't it?

    The new CEO said they plan on modularising the cyannogen services and make it available to other android users (my understanding of it) I don't think that is the best decision for them looking at all the internal problems and not to mention the apparent death of the cynnogen OS... they are basically losing the entire base that they had as well of the feedback they could have received if the services were to be kept alive... I feel bad for the cyannogen mod lovers out there... I know plenty of people who are

    So Cyannogen , one of the best go-to android alternative is shutting down its services based on this article by The Verge http://www.theverge.com/2016/12/24/14074496/cyanogen-flail-shutting-down-services I'm not a modder but I did like having the option to fall back on cyannogen in case a friend needed help with their extremley buggy or just wanting a different experience on their phone just became impossible to recommend OR use after Dec 31st Wanna know what you guys think about this [corrected]
