  1. Thank you for all your responses! I really appreciate it! Makes the buying experience a lot easier!
  2. Hi, just a quick question, I couldn't find an answer that's exactly like my setup so here I go Would my ASUS DUAL GTX1060 3GB be able to run 2 monitors? One being 24" 60hz, and the other 27" 144hz Curved? Thank you in advance for those who will respond to my question
  3. Thanks man, I think I'll stick with the 4790k thank you for your help!
  4. My thoughts exactly, but how big of a performance difference will there be between an oc'd 4790k over a stock 6700? Because taking the 6700 with a significantly cheaper H motherboard would really do well for my budget. Also this is my first Desktop Computer
  5. Hello everyone, I'm struggling between choosing a 4790k and a 6700. I'm on a budget and a 4790k plus Z mobo is pretty much at the same price as a 6700 and non Z mobo. I'm mainly gonna use this for autocad, photoshop, sketchup, and other productivity applications.
  6. in addition don't be too concerned with future proofing, upgrading every 2 or 3 years or so, is better than getting the most expensive block on the market.
  7. I personally would choose the G751 JY, but the GT72 2QE looks better in all aspects on paper, plus the GT sports the latest i7 for laptops which is the 5950HQ. But this all comes down to your needs, if this is just a gaming device for you then you couldn't go wrong with either of the two. The aesthetics of the ROG to me look better, but then again the GT sports more customization with the pretty much rgb keyboard. If you want the best of everything then get the GT72 2QE with the i7 5950HQ and the 8gb 980m.
  8. Thanks I appreciate it, would you think 32gb of ram is too much or would it be okay if I go with HD texture packs to enhance my render speed
  9. Thanks might consider non ref 980s for my pleasure of a color coordinated build
  10. Thank you for this suggestion, I like the approach you had on this build and how elegant the white colored components fit into it. Thank you again, this a very aesthetically pleasing build.
  11. I did note that I didn't want it to be overkill, and just pretty much an optimal and reasonable build. If this was all for the sake of making an otherwise clever comment to poke fun at my post then I guess that's just you. If this was in your right mind, a real and helpful suggestion then I highly appreciate it, but 4 titan X's are too much for me.
  12. I need a Pc build that is Optimal and reasonable and not just an Ultimate build. I want a performance beast for the following applications Sketchup, Autocad, Revit, 3Dsmax, Photoshop and moderate gaming League Nba2k Fifa Sky is the limit for the build, but I want things to be optimal My handpicked components Titan X or GTX 980Ti SLI, can't decide if 12gb of vram is more suitable for my build Kraken x61 Cpu cooler I recently posted a similar article, and I thought it was pretty overkill and unreasonable so I want to know your suggestons! Thanks!
