Hello I'm building a new pc but I'd like to see what others would build if it was their own pc. I was going for a red/black theme but it's up to you to make it how you like. The only item I have now is the Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3-1866 (red) and I have a $2000 budget including a monitor and anything else needed. I would like to be playing at 1440p or 4K. Thanks for the help!

I am trying to buy some colored sleeved cables for my new PC coming up. Since i'm new to making them, I don't know any of the exact names of the wires in the PC. I really just need the main wires and maybe the one to connect my RGB Control box to my PSU. Okay... One of my Amazon shipments came in today! In it, there was a Bailun Waterproof LED Strip Light Kit that came with the LED Strip, a 44 key remote, a RGB Control box, and a AC/DC Adapter. Also in my box, I got Zitrades' 10 PCS LED 5050 RGB Strip light connectors and their 1 to 2 ports female connector. I have a few questions about the led strip but my main question is. How would I power my LED strip w/o using the AC/DC adapter and connecting it straight to my power supply? Other Questions: Do I need everything I bought to connect multiple strips to one control box? Do I need any other wires? Any tips? How was your day? Thanks!
