  1. it powers off immediatey before the gpu can even start its fans. the temps don't even reach 60C
  2. Whenever I try some gpu intensive load, my computer powers off immediately once the programs start utilizing gpu before it can even reach 60C. Initially, while gaming it would power off after a long time time, but after a while it started powering off immediately once gpu load is high. High cpu load without high gpu load never turns off the pc Specs: PSU: Corsair vs 550 CPU: intel 4690k GPU: nvidia gtx 970 Motherboard: ASUS z97-A Is that bad power supply ?
  3. also if am on z97 does that mean that am no longer going to be able to upgrade my cpu since future cpus have different sockets.
  4. wouldn't make a difference. i received my gtx 970 from amazon with bent heat sink and it works fine
  5. MASRY TANY. WE 3ANOD NAFS EL ISM KAMAN!!!

  6. it has double the vram so its still a better option. games such as shadow of mordor consume vram
  7. cooler master hyper 212 around 30$
  8. core clock speed will make the biggest difference
  9. you keep increasing the speeds in small margins and you keep checking if the pc is stable after the overclock. am not sure when you should increase your voltage though
  10. here is the link for the r9 390 vs gtx 970
  11. missing dll files and so one. count recall how many times i have had to download addition files to make games work
  12. No reports of any coil wine as for performance it performs better then the nvidia gtx 970 by a slim margin though the nvidia uses way less power (145 vs 300). unless you care about power efficiency go for the r9 390. you can check the comparison between the r9 390 and the gtx 970 at jayztwocent's youtube channel. he reviewed the msi model of the r9. if you have any questions feel free to ask me
  13. Great go ahead and enjoy. I had a blast when i first got my 970
