How did this abomination manage to get 30/40 on my programming final? The only thing it does is compile and print out "Hello World".... It's literally garbage...

We were tasked with creating a program for a company that sells heart valves to patients at a hospital (kinda fucked up, right?). I got 10pts for creating classes, 10 for having some data structures (apparently nothing needed to be in them to get points), and 10 for cohesion.
