Switched from Mint to Manjaro recently because i had such a good experience with it previously but its been just as bad as mint so far if not worse. Games were easier to set up, but the NVIDIA drivers were even more of a complete bitch and there are just so many annoying things. Time wasn't right even when it was in the right timezone, it forgets where my screens are supposed to be every time it wakes from sleep, there was a notification sound when the next song played in Spotify... like what the fuck, my experience on my G3250 + GT1030 system was so damn good, pretty much just worked. Kernel update was easy and NVIDIA drivers were one click but on my I7 4790K + GTX 1080 system its been a huge fucking pain in the ass and i honestly wish i had never switched. Cant be bothered to go back because Mint was grueling to get to play games but this was not really an improvement.
