It's not a fire hazard with just a 3600 maybe if overclocking it I am gonna push it a bit far had no plan to overclock it past 200Mhz on both so it match a 3600x bit maybe just enabling PBO is better?

Yeah, just using PBO should be enough - my 3700X performs worse in games when I apply an all-core OC instead of a tweaked PBO... And I'm cooling it with a 360mm AIO and it's on the highest-end X370 board there was, so the VRM is practically getting bored with a 3700X...

I don't recommend overclocking on that TUF motherboard... Maybe a slight one if you have enough airflow over the VRM

Airflow? Pfft a lousy 80mm fan in the back of the case and the PSU fan is enough?
