  1. Towards the bottom of that Dell config page, it states the ports the 1050ti has: "NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050Ti 4GB GDDR5: DisplayPort 1.3 (1.4 Ready), HDMI 2.0, Dual Link DVI-D" - it only shows one port? I also checked online for the card itself and have not found a 4GB 1050ti with more than one HDMI port. Thanks!
  2. Thank you for the recommendation! This seems fantastic, but it only has 1 HDMI port? I'm not sure if that would be able to support a total of three monitors.
  3. Brethren, A good friend of mine is in the market for a prebuilt PC for financial work, such as stock trading and whatnot. Graphics rally don't matter much to him, as he doesn't game; however, he wishes to connect three monitors to his system for productivity purposes. I was considering this system [https://www.costco.com/Lenovo-IdeaCentre-720-Desktop---Intel-Core-i7---4GB-NVIDIA-Graphics.product.100405353.html], but it only has one HDMI port. Any prebuilt suggestions around the $1,000 range, and maybe some monitor suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank You, -W
  4. Brethren, I have recently stumbled upon a .com that is ran by distant family members that my family have lost contact with for decades! Each of the pages of the website are username and password protected, so I'm unable to access any of it. I'm just able to see the /links/. I then had idea of trying to contact the owners of the site, as it's updated fairly regularly by my family, literally up to a month ago. So, brethren, what are the ways in which I may find the contact info of owners to the site? I can tell that the site is operated by godaddy, so I suppose that's better than nothing. Thank You, -W
  5. Hello, I'm a new CLS owner, so I do bolster a few queries: 1. Is it actually possible to change all of the interior trim within my CLS from piano lacquer to OEM carbon fiber? If so, how would I identify which parts I need to purchase (model number, etc.) and, then, where to purchase said parts? 2. It is also possible to replace the foam things that are on the AMG steering wheel? The foam where the hands grip on the steering wheel are quite dirty. Or would I simply need to just purchase an entirely new wheel? 3. Also, the shifter that is directly in the middle of the console has an AMG stamped within its leather, which is now worn. How would I go about replacing that? 4. How could I go about reconditioning the black leather seats? They are mildly worn in the front. If any of these queries could be answered, I'd truly be thankful! Thank You, -Will
  6. Hello, I've been ogling at this photo for about a month and still have not been able to find these rims. I'd truly appreciate it if someone could even just tell me the brand of them! Thank You, -Will.
  7. Hello, A friend of mine's Mac is experiencing terrible adware issues, and I'm curious as to how I would fix it. Issues: • Random ads appear upon the screen in any browser he uses [Chrome, Safari, Firefox.] • On some occasions, a click anywhere on the screen directs to an ad when a browser is open. Is there any way that I could rid his Mac of this issue without the use of a third-party software? Some fancy Terminal code, perhaps? I'm somewhat savvy, I just don't know what to do. Thank You, -Will.
  8. So, I was at my friend's house - a fairly large residence - when I walked into his laundry room and saw a literal cluster of routers tired together. >wtf Who in Gaben's name would network such a large property and not spread out the access points? I then decided to try and log into one of the routers to see if I could see how someone managed to set it all up. I connected, and attempted "10.0.0.1" into Chrome - no cigar. I then went into my network preferences and physically copied the router's address into Chrome - still never accessed. So, my questions to fix my friend's network: 1. Aren't routers supposed to be placed strategically, not just all together in one room which is nowhere near the center of the building? 2. Could all of the routers be stepping on one another's toes, causing the network to slow because of the heavy localized traffic due to all of them being next to one another? 3. This may be quite incorrect, but: could I not log into the router because my browser couldn't decide which router to connect to due to there being a few to choose from? 3a. How would I log into the router since everything I tried hasn't worked? 4. My friend's room is directly across the hallway from the cluster that operates 24/7, could that be a danger to one's health over time due to exessive electromagnetic radiation? I'd appreciate any assistance of any kind, so feel free to leave a reply. Thank You, all!
  9. Hello, I recently installed a new 850 EVO into my system. Once I booted again and went to disk magangment, I formated the 850 SSD as a new simple volume. I then restarted my system because I noticed that another SSD of mine in the system wasn't showing up in the file explorer, an SSD that I've had forever. So, I rebooted, changed the boot priority in an attempt to fix the missing SSD problem, and now my PC will only boot to BIOS, no desktop at all. Whenever I try to boot to my main HDD which has Win. 10 on it, it just displays "preparing to repair drives" and just circles endlessly. To combat this issue with my limited knowledge of drive maintenance, I simply reset all my BIOS settings - no cigar. All I can do is just load the BIOS at this point. What do? Thank You, -Will.
  10. Hello, [I'm writing this article in the General section because I don't know where else to write it, feel free to move me elsewhere, mods.] I don't know much about Android phones, but I do know that my Note 7 is highly inoperable due to Samsung's software restrictions that were recently imposed on the OS. I'm worried that Samsung will soon enough disable the Samsung Note7 completely. Would rooting my Android phone bypass this issue? I'm not exactly sure how one roots an Andriod phone, or what it even is, but I just have a dream. Any suggestions to overcome this issue would be appreciated. Thank You, -Will.
  11. Hello, I once heard that Canada pays the United States to do their surveillance for them, possibly to mitigate the political backlash that the U.S. has suffered from in the past due to surveillance upon their own citizens. Or, is it rather that Canada simply purchases parts of intel that the U.S. has personally collected and is willing to share? Or, does Canada have intelligence agencies of its own device, eliminating the need for the U.S. to assist in the acquisition of Canadian intelligence, for Canada? Thank You, -Will.
  12. Greetings, I have an SSD that is nearly full. I purchased a new SSD to replace the full one. I wish to transfer (not copy) all of my files to the new SSD, so that the new SSD may then become the main SSD, and the old SSD may become an empty overflow SSD. I have two inquiries: 1. Is the process truly as simple as dragging the files from the old SSD to the new SSD, and then deleting the files on the old SSD once they are transferred safely? Or, is the process in need of a certain program to do so? 2. Is it acceptable to have an SSD in your case just lying around without a sled? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You, -Will
