  1. Thanks! I'll give it a try and see how stable it is.
  2. I have currently in my PC a set of corsair vengeance LPX 2x8 GB @3200MHz. Im currently using 2 of my motherboards slots. (it is in the proper slots to utilize dual channel functionalities) Would it be possible to occupy the remaining two open slots with a set of corasir vengeance LPX 2x4 GB @3000MHz? Would this pose any compatability issues? I'm assuming the computer would recognize the difference in speeds and simply slow down the faster RAM to match the slower 4 gb sticks. Please correct me if I'm wrong and lmk any tips or if I should just buy more RAM.
  3. I have three of the exact same monitor all 1080p 60Hz all plugged into my gtx 1080 (two with display port and one with hdmi)but in the surround menu even if i choose the 1x3 or 3x1 option it only allows to to select two of the three monitors in any combination I can think of. It worked fine with my previous graphics card using AMD eyefinity display so I dont know how upgrading my graphics card has had any affect on this. Any suggestions or a fix? I'd appreciate it! Thank you!

  5. I have the same exact issue but i have a 1080 8gb instead. Did you ever find a solution?
  6. Thanks man I have the money saved up if I don't have the warranty valid still, but I was saving it for another tattoo lol not a new GPU :,/
  7. I still have the old GPU that i upgraded from and that one still works fine so I'll swap it in and see if the issue persists.
  8. Ok Ill look at getting a replacement, thank you
  9. They literally become one solid color as in the entire monitor becomes solid green and whatever sounds that were going on freeze and repeat. No image is displayed just one solid, static color.
  10. I have been having this problem for a few weeks now. I turn on my computer and after about 5-10 minutes all of my monitors turn a random color, usually a green or a grey, and the computer completely freezes. The only way to stop it is to completely power her down. I've taken out and reseated literally every component and swapped all all the monitor cables and this still happens. If i have music playing that freezes as well, so this lets me think it isn't a problem with the displays or the graphics card. Regardless if I open any programs or not, this still happens. Any advice would be appreciated. Specs: FX 8350 EVGA 650W gold 4x4 crucial ballistix sport Sapphire Radeon RX 470 turbo 8gb 970a-DS3p motherboard 1TB WD Black hard drive Cryorig H7 cpu cooler with ample case fans (cooling isn't the problem, I've monitored the temps while it happens and the CPU and the GPU both idle around 30C)
  11. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/m49KWX (This is a link to my parts list with the second graphics card added. I do not actually own two graphics cards, only one.) I was wondering if it would be possible to run a crossfire setup with this configuration or would there be problems. AMD's website wasn't very clear about crossfire configurations with the RX lineup and I was wondering if anyone had any experience or knowledge on the topic.
  12. yeah he doesnt even use the soundcard he has and he only needs a single gpu
  13. He has two monitors already idt he wants to buy anymore (i got triple myself but he doesnt see the use in it...to each his own)
  14. My friends and I are going off to college in the fall and my bud wants to build a new and smaller pc without skimping on performance. He either wants an ITX or micro ATX build and his budget should be around a thousand dollars. He already has a HDD and an SSD as well as an OS, mouse, and keyboard. Any suggestions would be a great help to he and I.
