so my question is, is my CPU bottlenecking my gpu? I7 6950X 4.4GHZ 32gb ddr4 quad channel @3200mhz RTX 3070 the resolution im playing most games at is 3840x1080 samsung ultra wide. do i need to upgrade my cpu motherboard? or is it not worth it atm ?

So i have overclocked my 6950x to 4.3ghz, with 1.29v i can boot into windows with 4.4ghz at 1.35v i need some help with 4.5ghz what other settings do i need to change? because 1.5v wont even boot into windows ?

So i was testing my overclocks yesterday, i noteced that my GPU even tho i put the slider to +200 mhz it wont boost past 2000mhz my card is water cooled max temp is around 56c But the memory on the other hand i was able to get it stable at +800mhz does anyone know how would i get me card to stay at 2100mhz ?on core ???
