I currently have a razer tapian 2014 and I have it for a while, but the way I grip it is weird and I don't like it very much looking for a new mouse for gaming and normal stuff. I have though of deathadder and the logitech mx master. I play games l like swtor, skyrim, etc. I rarely play cs go. I have a 100$ budget and I am right handed. Suggestions would be appreciated.

60 hertz means you will actually be able to see the 60fps anything above that you won't be able to. For example a 144hertz monitor you can see up to 144fps. Also the 980ti will be able to play any game 60fps in 1440p.
