  1. Hi guys, I'm looking for a good ultrawide with good warranty service and quality. After some research, it comes down to 2 monitors; U3415W and U3417W. And... here comes the problem. I live in Hong Kong. Dell doesn't sell the u3417w here. If I buy that monitor, I will have to order it on computeruniverse.net and have it shipped all the way from Germany to HK. However, the U3415W is available in HK. I can order it either from dell or purchase it from a local store. Here are some pros and cons. Would you guys give me some suggestions? Is the U3415W still worth buying? I really can't decide... U3415W Pros: Cheaper: HKD 6000 (about 768 USD) Available locally Warranty Cons: Backlight Bleed Older model U3417W Pros: Better quality newer panel Less bleeding Cons: Slightly more expensive: EUR 760 (about 880 USD) No warranty Have to risk shipping damage
  2. Depends on you. If you think BLB bothers you then RMA it. To me it's totally acceptable. Every IPS display gets BLB. If there's no dead pixel or uniformity issue I suggest you to stick with it.
  3. Is there any 29inch ultrawide monitor on the market with 3440x1440 resolution? Seems that Google can't help me
  4. Yes go buy it people, let the Chinese government steal all your personal information.
  5. Thank you guys, I will get a 960. Actually, I didn't build this system. It is a second-hand PC and I bought it for $645 (USD) from a nice guy. It didn't come with a graphics card so I need to buy one.
  6. Hi guys I just built a pc and planning to get a graphics card. Here are the specs: Cpu: i7 4790k Motherboard: Msi Z97i AC Ram: HyperX 16GB DDR3 2400MHz (8GBx2) Power Supply: ANTEC NE400C-BR NeoEco 400W 80Plus Bronze Case: jonsbo v3+ (Mini ITX) [EDIT](Forgot the ssd)SSD: Samsung 850pro 256gb Here are the two options of graphics card: Gtx 750Ti or Gtx 960 The problem is, I have a 400w psu and I don't want to spend extra money to buy a new one. Is a 400w psu powerful enough to push the 960? Even if it can, will it cause any damage to the psu? Many thanks sunnytse1
