So, i got lucky on the newegg lottery and got my hands on an RTX 3080. But it is a GeForce RTX™ 3080 GAMING OC WATERFORCE WB 10G. Which requires tubing and a pump. This is my first time dealing with cooling solutions that are not factory-made. Any links to resources and assistance would be hugely appreciated.

Whats the difference between a 1150 i5 4690k and a 1151 i5 6600k they are priced similarly and have similar specs, the big difference in the mobo prices. Whats the deal here? Also is upgrading from DDR3 to DDR4 really that big a deal?

i would use my AMD piledriver if i could but there are no mobos with AM3+ and a PCI-e 3.0 slot.

So i shouldn't even consider an AMD cpu? Also should i get a k series i5? or regular? because i have a 240m cooler master water cooler for the CPU and i want to make the best of it.

My mobo died recently, i was planning on upgrading when i got my new 1070 anyways. However, I'm not sure what motherboard/cpu combo to get to prevent a bottleneck. A couple things i have to consider: price (I plan on overlocking the CPU so i would like to save some cash on the CPU) and black friday is coming up (any places i should be watching besides newegg and amazon for sales?). Thanks in advanced.
