  1. We tested another application with the same decoder(axis), didn't get the issue. Seems like the surveillance suppliers program is doing something weird with the stream.
  2. Yeah, well it's hard to get the exact same frame in the screenshot. The images was just to demonstrate my point on the difference we notice between the two outputs. These are just one of the images, we usually use 6 images on both screens and the problem is the same. These are live video streams. Yeah I just wanted to know if anyone had seen this issue before in h264 streams on nvidia cards.
  3. We've recently put a graphics card in one of our "surveillance" PC's, and noticed that the image we get from the gpu is worse than the one from our onboard graphics. As far as I know the "surveillance" program we use is using the H264 codec. I've looked through the application itself for any hardware acceleration settings or something like that, but can't find any. Before contacting the supplier I'd like to try my luck on here. Here's a few images showing the problem. Now, it doesn't look like a big difference, but for our use it is. Notice that #1 is onboard graphics, #2 is our Nvidia Quadro P620. Tried with Nvidia GeForce GT1030 as well, but same problem here, so it seems like a software issue from our surveillance program or a codec issue/settings from Nvidia. Do we need NVDEC for example?
  4. Yeah sorry, he didn’t say that they are the best headphones under 200$, but he would recommend them if you had a budget on 200$ as it includes mic and dac/amp. And as you said, it’s good for its price.
  5. Cooler Master MH752 I was having a bad time looking for headphones. I just couldn’t decide between Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic, Audio-Technica, Hyper-X cloud II and other gaming headphones.. Been thinking about it for a year, but bought the MH752’s after watching this video, and I couldn’t be happier. Reviewer claims these headphones is the best closed backs under 200$, and they cost under 100$. I believe him.
  6. Watch this. Old video, but lots of good information.
  7. Would be more fun if someone who’s not a dumb stupid smartass troll replied to this post instead of me.
  8. Yeah I was referring to you as the troll, not me. Also dumb as in stupid, not «unable or unwilling to speak».
  9. You seem too smart to be this dumb. Trolls be trollin’
  10. It's a bad display, with bad resolution. End of discussion. 1920x1080 at 40" is way to low pixel density for the picture to look nice, especially with text.
  11. Alright, 3600/3600X + B450/x470 motherboard is fine.. Price difference between 5700 XT and nvidia is just stupid crazy. According to userbencmark 5700 XT is even better than 2060 Super and 2070. If the 5700 XT is good enough for 1440p gaming, I'm buying it, unless someone can give me a good reason not to.
  12. What do you mean? I was thinking about a 3600X, and a x570 motherboard, but I don't want the chipset fan because of noise and reliability. Is the B450/x470 motherboard good enough?
  13. Hi Going to buy a new computer very soon, planning on buying 5700 XT from MSI when they get custom coolers. The price is just much better compared to Nvidia GPU's, unless the custom cards up the price alot. Is there any reason to why I should pay the extra cash for Nvidia? Going to game on a 1440p, 144hz freesync display(should work with nvidia as well). Running together with i5-9600k /Ray tracing would be cool to have, but I don't really see the need for it atm.
  14. Alright, how would you manage 500-1000 GB of safe storage?
