Samsung Galaxy S11 camera rumors roundup:

The telephoto camera will be 5x zoomed in, compared to the 2x zoom on the Galaxy S10.

The telephoto camera is also rumored to be a 48 MP sensor.

The main camera for the Galaxy S11+ will be a 108 MP module. But it's not the same 108MP module as found in the Mi Note 10 (aka CC9 Pro).

This one is rumored to do 3x3 pixel binning, which means the 108 megapixels will become 12 megapixels after processing.

The sensor is massive. Like, really really massive. Here is a comparison.

If it's true that it does 3x3 pixel binning, then the pixels will be massive and capture A LOT of light. If it is this 1/1.33" sensor and it does 3x3 pixel binning, then the effective pixel size becomes 2.4µm. For comparison, most other phones (iPhone 11 Pro, Galaxy S10, Pixel 4) sit at around 1.4µm.

This means that each pixel in the Galaxy S11 can capture 71% more light assuming everything else is equal.

The Galaxy S11+ and Galaxy S11 might not have the same camera setup. The huge sensor I talked about above might only be for the + model.

The reason for this rumor is because of a leaked CAD drawing for the different phones. The Galaxy S11+ is 10.2mm thick at the camera module. That's exactly the same as the CC9 Pro (Mi Note 10). The regular Galaxy S11 has a thickness of 8.9mm, which is probably not enough room for the module to fit.
