Windows Server and AD set up. First 4TB is now transferring back over to the server. A few reboots switching between FreeNAS and Windows Server and we should be good to go. 

UniFi Controller migrated and running as a service just fine. Already cocked up AD though, so had to learn how to use the rendom and netdom tools already.
