Starting the migration process to move everything over from FreeNAS to Windows server. About 12TB to move. This is going to take a while

    A lot of media files. 

     

    Also, moving to Windows server to setup VPN access to the network/server for CCTV in the future, running a dedicated UnIFi controller and playing around with AD and at home, among other things. FreeNAS is great for file storage, but not fantastic for being able to mess around with or set up many services to run.
