  1. CPU: i5 4460 GPU: MSI R9 390 RAM: 2x4GB Team Dark 1600MHz Score: 6.9 This is honestly kind of surprising. Wasn't planning on getting VR cause there was a whole stink about needing really high end rigs, but this isn't exactly top end and is ready? Makes me reconsider...

    BenQ Xl2730Z sale

    NCIX, Newegg, and Amazon
  3. So basically everywhere, the XL2730Z is on sale for 170$ less than usual. I'd jump on it, but I'm worried that there might be a better sale when Cyber Monday rolls around. Is it worth it to go for it now? If it helps, I'm running on 1080p/75Hz right now.
  4. Ok these worked somehow... Anyways, I am intrigued, but 1440p seems to strike the balance I want between visuals and framerates. Thanks for the heads up though!
  5. 1080p is proving a lot more jaggy than I had expected, so I was looking for an upgrade in resolution more than anything, but my current gpu will not cut it. The link's not working for me?
  6. I'm considering that, but I was gonna get an X-Star monitor and "overclock" it to about 90-100Hz and I want something that can consistently hit that mark
  7. Yeah I agree. CPU will be upgraded very soon. Hmm good point...
  8. Was preparing myself for a 1440p upgrade and, as the title suggests, I am stuck on whether to get a 980 Ti or wait for its Pascal brethren.
  9. Ah okay was slightly confused for a second. Yeah it's odd, but you can change those if you just click on them then type. They're not gonna be highlighted in any sense, so it's easy to think you can't change them.
  10. I have the same motherboard, and I had the same issue until I just clicked on the "auto" and typed a number even though it didn't look like it was gonna do anything. Did you try that?
  11. I would also suggest the ATH-M50X (wearing them right now actually), but the HD 558 look like they would be better for long sessions, as they have (looks like it anyways) softer padding. And to be honest, the M50X can get a bit uncomfortable after extended use.
  12. Wow that was fast thanks guys
  13. Planning out an upgrade to make my rig 1440p-ready and I noticed a bit of a snag. My current PSU is a Rosewill 550W, and manufacturers recommend a 600W unit minimum... So although it covers the estimated wattage, will the Rosewill be enough, or do I seriously need that extra 50W for some reason? PCPP link: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/vGRtyc
