ISP Lobbying group claims competition is bad for customers
SuperShermanTanker replied to Trik'Stari's topic in Tech News
And here I am stuck with optimum 30megabits per second down and only 5 count them 5 megabits upload (the pain when uploading videos to my YouTube channel 7 hour upload when I uploaded a 12gb file of a replay of one of my live streams) and that's the only home plan they offer the only other plan they offer is business and that's freaking expensive -
So I just got a AMD Radeon R7 370 as a quick free replacement after the displayport port on my 750ti broke and I'm noticing that when I play a game and even some graphically demanding games like Armored Warfare, and Star Wars Battlefront the GPU usage only goes up to 64% with itty bitty spikes to 100% every 2-5 seconds. I know the card isn't overheating and my case has more then adequate cooling with 5 fans 2 on the front being high pressure fans and the one on the being a really high speed airflow fan. Also my machine is no slouch either it's got a core i5 4690k at stock speeds with a hyper212 Evo cooler with a Noctua NF-F12 fan on it, 12gb of ram, 3tb of harddrives two 1tb 7200rpm, one 500gb 7200rpm and one 500gb 5400rpm hdd, also my power supply is more then adiquate being a 750 watt 80+ bronze corsair power supply. Here are the games I tried it out on and all of them except war thunder bring it only up to 64% speed with spikes to 100% every 2-5 seconds. World of Tanks WarThunder Armored Warfare Star Wars Battlefront Warthunder was the only game that brought it higher then 64% and the card still wasn't maxed out with it being only at 99% not 100% like my other Nvidia cards like my 650ti

SuperShermanTanker replied to SuperShermanTanker's topic in Power Supplies
yah theres a big clump of them right infront of the PSU where I need to plug in the cable the clump is there because I don't have room to run the extra molex cable for the 3 fans I cant hook up to the motherboard because my motherboard only has 2 fan headers -

SuperShermanTanker replied to SuperShermanTanker's topic in Graphics Cards
wait for the next gen GPUs in a few months I only bought mine because my grandmother who was generous to give me a ride doesn't like to go to that store and I wouldn't be able to go to that store again until I get a car I returned my old 750ti which the displayport port broke on and had a 2 year warranty from microcenter on and I got a $149 store credit from it and had to get whatever they are currently selling -

I'm actually using it as bolth a HTPC and a media server with KODI running in the forground as the main software to watch movies on the machine and PLEX running in the background as a meda server to stream to my Laptop, Gaming Desktop, and iPhone. Also the machine isn't running 24/7 it's only when I need it and if I do leave it on I turn it off at night.
