Your computer isn't optimized to handle the graphic load of a some games that are coming out. If you want more out of your games, it would be in your best interests to look into a newer computer. Linus has several videos out, on options you can use to get a newer computer on the cheap.

I would start with medium, and observe your game play. (look for screen tearing, and check and make sure that your FPS isn't horrible) then adjust from there. Hope this helps

It would be great to be able to have a compact computer to be able to take anywhere. The small form factor is intriguing and pleasing to look at, i'd be interested in practically every aspect of this PC.
