The static pressure is more for radiators and heatsink, because those fans do a good job of forcing air through the metal fins. For case fans I think the Corsair AF do a better job.

Also, if possible to Overclock your CPU? The bottleneck will really hurt the performance. Also someone else is going to have to put some insight on OCing the APU. No Idea how they OC.
Yup, this heatsink can support even highprofile ram. Nothing I can think of can stop you from slapping that cooler into your pc. Even if you have clearance issues, just move the fan or something

Get the be quiet! silent wings? Or how about the enermax magma? I also heard the Silverstone air penetrator are pretty good too. You can find all these fans sub 20$ at least here in canada.
