i don't really do that much proc intensive stuff anyways so it should be fine

ill give it a go if it doesn't hurt performance too much.

the fans do ramp up a lot, but i think that's them just trying to cope with the gpu and cpu temps. it is only 8 months old

my laptop hasn't got the greatest components i the world (GTX 950M, i7-5500U, 16GB DDR3) but it somehow manages to clock some insane thermals, even on games that are not very graphics intensive such as unturned and the forest. I am in the process of buying an external laptop cooler to try and reduce the temperatures. I was just wondering if there was anything else i could do to reduce the temps on the CPU and GPU, and if anyone could recommend a good external laptop cooler i could buy?. i took this screenshot of my CPU and GPU load and temps while running the forest on low settings. CPU temp and load on the left and GPU on the right CPU temps can sometimes reach 104˚C!
