  1. Both RAMs are different and it was bound to happen. Try removing one kit.
  2. BTW two monitors using only Intel HD... seems fishy... Anyways this kind of problem arises due to non-indentical ram sticks. Every config down to voltage should match for best performance. Please give more details about ram. Or you can try using only single stick at a time and see if the problem persist with anyone of them... Cause one of them might be damaged.
