    They spin for less than a second and it looks like everything is on but then it all shuts off.

    I recently built a new computer and when I try to boot it on I get nothing, the fans start spinning and the LED's turn on but nothing else happens. I don't yet have a graphics card but that shouldn't matter. It does this with and without RAM. I'm new to the PC building community and have little experience.
