Okay so I followed the video and i deleted the drive partitions, but after deleting the partition on the main drive the delete button is grayed out and there still is a partition "Drive 0 Partition 1" and my only option is refresh, load driver, and next. After clicking next it states something about creating a windows.old file that I can acess anytime i would like. When the installation of windows is almost done, it will say "WIndows needs to restart to continue, but when it restarts it just restarts the process of installing windows, and makes you go through the process again.

Okay I didnt do that exactly but i got to a page of "where do i want to install windows" I picked the 1tb HDD and clicked format and it looks like it wiped everything? It says the total size of 931.00GB and free space of 930.08 GB so i assume that its wiped and I can finally reinstall windows, but there's a catch. When im in the "installing windows" screen where it has the status of all the things installing like Getting files ready for installation, installing features, etc. At the end of the installation it shows "the installation was canceled. Any changes made to your computer wont be saved. Windows could not update the computers boot configuration. Installation cannot proceed." I dont even know why its doing this. If the drive shows that theres nothing on it and its wiped then why could it not proceed? its the only drive in the PC. Also thank you for all your detailed paragraphs and responding so quick!

So the PC im working on is not a manufactured PC. I built it a couple of years ago so heres my question. So i assume that when you say use the installation media im assuming its the media creation tool on windows website. So ive done that with a USB and it just says "We cant tell if your PC has enough space to continue installing windows 10, Try restarting setup" I also tried smashing f8 and shift when i start the pc and the troubleshoot option doesnt come up, only power off pc. Im so confused and i literally dont even know where to start. Also cant get PC to boot into safe mode....

i literally cant. everytime i try to factory reset it wont let me, I dont even know how to wipe windows

Okay, I know how to factory reset windows 10 but I'm so lost. My cousin gave me his old PC and I'm trying to factory reset it but every time i do so it says "insert your windows installation or recovery media, and restart your PC with the media." I've tried using CMD prompts and use an ISO from a flash drive. I've heard that it has to do with corrupted files, but i don't even know where to start. If anyone has any ideas please tell me how to fix this! Thank you!

Hello, Im doing some detective work for a friend, and let me explain what hes trying to do but he wants to make sure he does it right on the first try. His girlfriend has an iphone but he has an android, however he has an ipad. I know within settings you can put send and receive and put different numbers and emails. Question #1: do you have to have the same apple ID to sync them. Question 2# it would be a lot easier if it could just send him an email of text messages. Question #3: Does this even work? Just trying to help a friend out, but if he wants to do it, he wants no suspicion. Thanks!

Im trying to put windows Media creation tool on a laptop and it keeps coming up with this error. Please help!

Trying to help my grandpas Computer run faster. He has a Lenovo Ideapad 300. He has an intel Pentium 4405U, 4GB of ram, and a 500gb hard drive at 5400rpm. The PC is really slow on startup and opening programs, even when typing in the lookup menu in windows and having what you're looking for pop up. Would upgrading the HDD to an SSD fix this problem? im between picking a new gpu. I want to go between a GTX 970 or a 960, but which do i pick? I play games like battlefield 4, Far cry 4, and some of the newer titles and im not looking for 60 FPS on Ultra, but i want to be able to run it on a good setting PC Specs: MSI Gaming 5 MB, Intel i5 4960k, 8 gigs of corsair vengence, corsair 750m, GPU: GTX 570 HD 1.35 GB (GDDR5)
