I'm building my first computer, and just like 90% of the PC community I want windows, but it's pretty expensive. I have access to a disk of my friend's, and G2A verification codes are pretty cheap. Do you guys have experience with, and recommend this method? Thanks

I'm on a budget, so a 970 or 760 (which is pretty overpriced in comparison to an r9 280 or gtx 960) is out of the question. I'm looking for a $100-$150 card.

I'm looking at building a steambox/htpc on a budget for my living room so I can kick back and chill with my family. The two cards that I'm eyeing are the R7 260x and the GTX 750 Ti. They're both small and pretty good budget cards from what I understand, but which one is most likely to kick up and make a ton of noise? I'm trying to avoid a hair-dryer sound so I can enjoy myself. Also, should I wait for a 360, 950, 360x, or 950 ti?
