  1. Hello guys, i was wondering if it's possible to gaming on B250 Fintech mining mobo, and if it's possible then there are any steps to get the best performance for gaming? Also is it fine to OC for gaming on it? thanks.
  2. So guys, i bought a new HDD few days ago and formatted my old HDD completely and currently using it as a seperated HDD in the system. I was fine for the past few days until my PC freezed suddenly while i was playing. So i had no choice but to restart. Once i restarted the pc, it wont boot anymore, hanging at "verify dmi pool data" .. so i restarted it again and decided to change the booting device from the device menu, and ofc chose the other formatted HDD and guess what.. it booted successfully?!?!?!?!?! although the HDD doesn't include any OC files or even any files !.. So my issue right now is how to get my new HDD to boot back normally ?!
  3. sadly mining on Zcash which requires higher core clocks and higher mem clocks to get higher hashrate. in terms of the lifespan, i did a wide research about it, everyone said that as long as the temps are low, then there's 0 problem about the lifespan xD, i just wanna know how many cards would this psu handle, and i actually bought it as some miners recommended it and called it a great unit as long as its seasonic or EVGA
  4. hello guys, i have Seasonic S12II Bronze 620w 80 plus psu, and i would like to know how many gtx 1050ti cards i can run on this psu (mining) with a system consists of pentium g4400 + 4gb ddr4 + b250-fintech mobo. also could it handle for example the previously mentioned system + 2x gtx 1050ti (only pcie power required) + 1gtx 1060 3gb ? thanks. P.S: i will oc the cards.
  5. ummm im confused now, you are saying that by overclocking i can damage the slot, so when the gpu crashes, what does that mean? i mean whats the reason to get crashed if not the power is being above the pcie's power ?
  6. so that means the card can consume more than 75w and burn the slot? i thought if it would consume above the limits the pc will just crash
  7. hey guys, i just wanna know some details about overclocking, if you overclock card's clocks "mem+core" would that increase ur power consumption "wattage" above the limits? for example: gtx 1050ti asus expedition with no external power cable, only gets the power from the pcie, has its power limit 100% (cannot increase it anyway) and its core clocks +150, mem clocks +700. the card is known to draw 75w as the maximum consumption, but im wondering if it would draw more than that under these oc settings or it wont get above the 75w limit ? just asking because im a miner. also how many wattage would the system alone consume? pentium+b250 fintech+4gb ram+ 120gb hdd. thanks.
  8. the card doesnt even use power from the psu cable, its only from the pcie slot, and its max power on Nivida website is 75w, i oc'ed the clocks but the power limit remains 100% ( i cant increase it anyway), so i'm just wondering would it stay 75w or it will be higher than that, (worryin about the motherboard)
  9. Hey guys, i have GTX 1050TI asus expedition, its TDP should be 75w, so my question is, if i oc the card for example : 100% power, +150/+700 clocks, 70% fans, does that mean it will consume more than 75w? or its the limit and it wont go higher than that?
  10. Hey guys, i just want somebody to explain to me if my Latency/network speed matters when it comes to mining for example in nanopool or not, my current latency in the pool is 125~130ms, and i get around 450~300 accepted shares per h, so should i increase my network speed or not?
  11. i inserted --fee 0 , idk if its the same but i dont see anymore accepted devfees.
  12. hello guys, i have 2x gtx 1050ti asus expedition cards and i wanna mine Zcash coins, so yesterday i downloaded the EWBF miner from nanopool and currently im mining at 174~180 sol/sec for each card with 150/700+ 100% tdp 70% fans 75 C temp limit So i heard that the EWBF is not worthy anymore and the DSTM is much better in terms of sol/s .. and others say EWBF takes alot of devfees more than the announced(2%) one, and some ppl told me to disable the devfees on the EWBF but in the same time others told me it doesnt work and it will still take fees, so im totally confused. The question is, which zcash miner should i use and if it is the DSTM so please can anyone provide me with a guide ? or its simply download the miner and let it mine? P.S: im using jaxx wallet.
  13. asus expedition or G1 gaming, which one is better or there's no difference?
  14. changed it and it went to 55~58C .. idk its the winter atm, maybe this is how phenom cpus are..
  15. idk, i feel like changing the thermalpaste, but thanks ^^
