    Why don't you build your own?
    HDD - Go for WD Blue 1TB. WD Black isn't worth it.
    PSU - Questionable build quality, get a better one.

    Well.. It's not THE best, and it's using older parts. That PSU is questionable.
     
    Building your own will be beneficial.
