    @Kilrah I mean .. it makes sense - you have 1 computer that uses power for 12 month .. I have 12 computers** that do the same in 1 month (**in reality I have more but .. just for the sake of argument)

    thanks brother @Den-Fi - was a blast Congrats to all participants to the month event, hope you had fun and will come next time. Thanks to the team who put all the efforts to keep us focused with daily updates and behind the scene work - appreciate you guys giving the time.

    My AIO died just a couple days ago - it was an Alphacool Eisbaer 240 I temporary replaced with a Corsair - but it doesn't fit my SFF case so I am waiting for the new AIO from amazon

    I am sad .. after 1 month of folding continuously I was hoping for 1 billion points, but due to the hiccups this I will be just bellow by (most likely) between 1-2 million .. so close but so far away.

    Be careful, limiting the power will not prevent the GPU from spiking .. and at that point can cause system restart.

    My house circut suks (15A) probably because of garbage cables used during construction on one side, on the other side not sure what UPS you have but if you overload the UPS capacity it should actually alarm (as it is transfering to bypass) and eventually shut down. *(this depends on the UPS - I am using APC 1500S) - the problem is encountered as I have multiple computers in the same room so that circuit got overloaded. I have tried to reduce the power limit for the cards to ~ 90% that will allow them to run at the limit, but the UPS still had spikes that triggered another reset of the UPS this morning. So the challenge now is "calculate how many graphic cards I can have per each circuit/room" ..

    today disaster stroked - after I added one 980Ti in my big rig over the weekend, I went grocery shopping .. when I returned power was off - reason=> the breaker tripped in my office so both my 2080Ti's + the 980Ti that I have added and also (2nd system) with RTX Titan stopped working for .. some time - see bellow what I have to deal with my UPS is in panic mode due to load over 1 kilo Watt consumption

    Lolz I just received and I was looking at the envelope when I opened the threat -> Vehicle registration renewal and propriety tax notice -> 587 $ and 35 cents for one of the cars probably when they will add the 2nd car - it will be the price of a brand new RTX 3080

    folding is folding ... one gpu or 100 gpu's .. is all for a good cause.
