SuperAntiSpyware only found tracking cookies. It didn't find anything else. After that finished I also let malwarebytes scan the system and didn't find a thing. So it has to be clean. Now what would be the next step to get it working again?

Installed and letting it run overnight, I'll get back tomorrow with the results! In the short time it ran it already found stuff. Guess I have to start using anti Virus software more often!

In safe mode it does the same, opens shortly then closes. Like you won't even see the black screen from CMD. I also did a full system scan with Bitdefender last night. It onyl found one virus, A bitcoin miner of all things. It's been removed. does that have to do anything with it?

Whole cmd, I can search it through start and click on it and it does the same shit. Windows 10 64 bit

So, since yesterday my command prompt just opens briefly and then closes, it's like a split second. I need it to run my python codes for school but now I can't use cmd. Also running it in administrator doesn't help. I tried changing the group user policy but also this didn't work. Does anyone else have an idea?

I think I'm going for the ROG because it has almost the same stuff as the X299. Only difference is better overclocking capabilities. And that for a few bucks more! Thanks anyway. How hot did it run? I got my i5 running real stable at 50C on 4.8ghz with a 380Mm rad?

I am currently looking into buying a new motherboard for my Intel i5 7640x, I looked around and found 2 boards that catched my eye. the Asus Rog Rampage VI Apex, and the Asus Prime X299 Deluxe. Which one of these 2 should I get, or other suggestions? I like to overclock my cpu and I will upgrade to an i7 or i9 in the future. Current cooling is Corsair H110i. Thanks in advance!

So, I decided to update my graphics card bios. Looked up the number form my graphicscard. It's a Gigabyte Aorus gtx 1080 (GV-N1080AORUS-8GD). I want to do this because I keep hitting the power limit when overclocking. so I can't get any higher overclocks sadly. The gpu numbers are correct so do I need to force flash it or try a whole different unlocked bios for this gpu? Thanks in advance!

to make a small recap, I can boot into the bios that's no Issue, it works properly until you want to change anything. Almost everything is on auto and a lot can't be changed. Like I can't change the RAM speed or edit anything CPU related.

As far as I can see this is the minimum board from gigabyte. I'll try later tonight if it'll unlock. otherwise I'll just wait.

Hi there everyone! Recently I've purchased a Gigabyte X299 Aorus Gaming Socket 2066 motherboard (link to gigabyte's site). Paired it with an i5 7640X and the Corsair H110i. I started looking into overclocking and tried to do it on this machine. I updated the bios and went in to try and overclock. But here is the problem. I can't change anything. There is no possibility of changing anything. Am I overlooking something? I also tried using intel's tuning utility. There I can overclock but to like 4.4 ghz and then it fails. Can this motherboard not do any overclocking?

You're right in a way. Composite cables use 3. 1 for video 2 for audio. The cables for audio are going directy into my reciever.

It has only one input for composite. I used that exact one. I even tried another cable but the problem still persists

Hiya everyone, So today I got myself a beamer from a friend. He didn't use it anymore and only had 408 burning hours (maximum is 2000 according to manufacturer.) I hooked my XBOX 360 up to it via the normal video component cable and then it started. in Pal 60 it doesn't show the colors. In Pal 50 it works fine. But because the new games all use pal 60 I need it to work. I hooked up my laptop to it via VGA and it worked fine. So what could this be? Picture showing the problem:
