Yes this is the first time I have tried to download it. My internet isn't very fast so I want to anything I can to avoid re-downloading it.

Is there a way to fix this problem without having to reinstall the game.

This happens every time I try to update windows. After this it just sits at 0% and never moves. I have tried clearing the software distribution folder and running the windows update troubleshooter, neither of which has worked. Is there something else I could try. Recently windows has been using more cpu than normal. I can fix the problem by ending the task but it will start again within a few hours. How do I fix this. I have an i5 6600k so that shouldn't be the problem.

I live in the country and don't have access to good Internet. Right now I currently have satellite internet and am capped at 25gb per month. The only alternative I have thought of is broadcasting from my school which is 3/4 of a mile away. There is a few trees between here and the school but not many. I know there are wifi satellites that can send wifi up to 5 miles like the one Linus reviewed. Does anybody have any ideas about an easy to setup cheap and effective solution? Thanks!

yes the power connectors are connected and the graphics cards lights and fans are on.

I just bought a new GTX 960 to replace my old GT 640. When I installed the card and plugged in my dvi connector the screen just stayed black and was not receiving an input. I put the old card back in and everything worked perfect. Is there something I need to do to make it work? Please help, thanks. If you need to know my specs just ask.

I'll check the cooler, but it doesn't matter what game or at what settings its less than half as powerful as it was before.

My GT 640 is having problems. I know that it's outdated but it used to work way better.The games it used to run at 60fps now only run at 30 or below. Every now and then it will go back to the frame rate it used to run at and stay there for a while but then drops back down. It's like something inside isn't working correctly. I've tried restarting but that doesn't fix it. It's not something with temps either, it stays around 30 to 50 Celsius. Also not a cpu bottle neck. I may have to buy I new card in the future. We have had a power outage recently that may have effect it but it still works just not like before.
