  2. Hello, sorry if this doenst belong here but I am currently looking for a new PC to use for home-office and occasanly play some games. I know the prebuilt PCs you find on the internet tend to be not worth it but I am a complete beginner and cant build it myself. Is there any site that you could recommend for buying a generally OK pc? Games i play are not the newest and "best" and they dont have to be on Ultra settings. Thanks in advance
  3. Hello, im relativly new to PC gaming and was wondering if it was normal that I have CPU usage of 60-80% when im in a game ( Modern Warfare / World of Warcraft ), my friend says he has like 10-20% usage ingame. Im not doing any fancy multitasking or something else, I just have Firefox + 1 Game open at a time Could it be my RAM having low mhz? Runs at 1063MHz, because for my understanding the rest of my specs are relativly decent?^^ Specs are in picture below, thanks in advance.
  4. Hello, I know this is a super dumb question but: recently I bought a new graphicscard and since then I cant switch my monitor to 144hz. I am using a Hdmi cable since then which I read is the problem, but I dont know what cable to order since my new graphicscard (MSI Geforce RTX 2070 Super) doesnt have slot for my old cable. My monitor has D-SUB and DVI ports and graphicscard ports are in the image. Is there any way I can play with 144hz with that graphicscard and if yes with what cable, I searched the internet but Im not sure and have no clue anymore Again, I know this is a dumb beginner question but I would greatly appreciate the help! Thanks a ton
  5. I looked into it but I am sure that I am not able to handle that?
  6. Hey, I am looking to buy a new PC for gaming and I am a complete beginner and I wanted to ask if someone here could give me advice on what to look for when ordering. I heard that on some sites you pay alot for things that are not necessary. Im not looking for a super high end mashine since I mostly play League of Legends and CSGO etc. but would be cool if the PC could handle new titles on medium settings or something like that if its possible for my budget, I dont do anything else with it like video editing or something like that. My budget would be ~ 1.000€, absolute highest I could go would be something like 1.300€. Again sorry if this is super vague but I dont know anything about that kind of stuff. Thanks for all the replys.
  7. Oh well that was easy Thank you very much for the quick reply, seems like it works fine now!
  8. Hey guys, I installed my Samsung 860EVO today but it doesnt show up in the explorer. Its the first time Ive dont something like that so I have no idea what a couldve done wrong. I pluged the sata cable into the sata4 port in my mainboard and its connected to the powersupply aswell. Speccy actually tracks so I guess I have done it correctly? I looked it up in the disk management aswell (screenshot below) and it says that 465GB are not assigned (the SSD is 500GB version) so I guess I missed something there? Sorry again if that is a dumb question but I dont know what to do Thanks
  9. Went back in the bios and found the auto set setting for ram, thanks for the help

  11. Hey. I recently bought new ram for my system and build it in today, when i booted the system for the first time it put me in the bios and said something like theres new stuff in your system pls configue but I had no idea what to do and couldnt find anything so i went out of the bios and started the pc just normally. In my eyes it works perfectly fine but just a quick question because I never did something like that.. do i have to do anyhting i bios for more performance or something like that? in the picture below its registered as the normal 16gb dual channel but the unknown bothers me lol
  12. thanks alot oh and 1 more thing lol.. if i plug them in in the same slots where the old ones were they should work fine right? because i heard they need to go in specific slots where the dual slot is active^^
  13. Alright thanks for the help One last question- on many sites where I can order the 2133mhz ones they are the least you can get. Is it a big difference in speed? Because im kinda surprised that my board doesnt support higher ones since it wasnt a low end board when I ordered it atleast^^
