I have have been saving up, but I don't know what to upgrade. I have an i7-4790k and a GTX 980. Should I get another 980 for sli, or get an i7-6700k? I can only choose one.

I am changing cases from a Fractal Design R5 to a corsair 750D. I have new tubing. There is no official drain system currently in the system. How should I transfer the water cooling without losing any fluid (if possible)?
