The only workstation cards I've seen are either from Nvidia or pny, I haven't seen any from Dell. Lets be honest though, if PNY wasn't capable of producing a decent product then I don't think Nvidia would've let them handle their cards in the first place.

I'm pretty sure mostcompanies that lifetime warranties will give you a newer product to replace it if the original product is discontinued. As for quality, well,let me put it like this, PNY is one of the few board partners that are allowed to manufacture Nvidia's workstation cards. It's still Themcsame BTW but my pass is a randomly generated one so I don't know it off the top of my head...I should probably sign into that one when I get home

I'd make sure that the heat sink isn't made of aluminium because gallium absabsolutely destroys it (I assume that is what the pad is made of anyway). -TheMcSame (don't know pass, it's a random gen pass so I can't sign in on my phone atm)
