THe PSU I am using is very old and recently built a scrap yard pc with parts people do not want. I got a brand new AMD FX 6300 Black edition with used gtx 660 8gb crucial ballstic memory which is brand new and a samsung 850 evo ssd which is also brand new, the psu is a coolmax which got lotsa scratches on it and looks old. recently I got to keep unplugging it to different power sockets to see if it will work, after 10 plus tries it finally powers up, but today I am not having any luck, so im guessing the PSU is the problem right?

Wont that put a lot of stress on the GPU? Then i will not get good frames while playing games and streaming right?

Is a 4790k Good enough for gaming and streaming on twitch simultaneously with triple A title games?

Is the gtx 970 problem fixed yet? Safe to buy?

I am building a gaming/streaming build, what should I concentrate on when I stream and game at the same time? More GBs on the graphics card?? Btw im sticking with 1080p gaming.

You guys are probably very familiar with this title, but if AMD is cheaper and performs just as well in gaming as intel why does everyone still pick intel? Is Intel better in video rendering as well? Intel runs cooler than AMD? Everywhere on youtube Intels processors are being rated all the time and AMD does not get as much attention. If anyone has a clear argument I would love to know.

I have watched some reviews and they are saying it is power hungry and needs two independent 12 volt rails? Correct me if i got the information wrong. I am thinking of getting a corsair RM 850 I was wondering if it has two independent 12 volt rails? Or if you guys can tell me how I can tell if the power supply has it. I am building a mini itx and want a dual graphics cards. Thanks!
